Kent Anderson, longtime Glacier Lakes club member passed away on October 23, 2015 after a long battle with Multiple Myeloma. He put up an amazing fight over the years and seemed to bounce back from the brink more than a few times. If you knew Kent, you knew he was a very charismatic guy and his fight definitely changed his outlook on life.
Many of you will remember Kent as the man behind KAR of MN which was one of the primary outlets for pre-owned S-Cars and UrQuattros in North America. His enthusiasm for the cars was infectious and he’d been at it for a long time before I met him in 1995 or so. Case in point, he was member #27 in Quattro Club USA… those were some deep roots!
We’ll be putting together a bit of an online tribute to Kent here on S-CARS as well. I’m digging through nearly twenty years of photo archives etc. and will be digging out some old school stuff that Kent would enjoy. For those of you in Minneapolis area who knew Kent, we encourage you to come out and celebrate his life at Redstone in Eden Prairie this Saturday!
