UrS4 / UrS6 15 years, 7 months ago1994 UrS4 was the best car I ever owned. Kept it for 14 years and should have kept it forever.

I’d have to agree. There are times when mine frustrates me but overall it has been (and is) still a fantastic car. Of course, you’ve moved on to an S5 which is next on my “most wanted” list!

I’ve always loved Coupes. Prior to the S4 I had a Coupe quattro 20V. Loved the looks of it and wanted to make an RS2 coupe out of it but that was back when used AAN engines were still pretty expensive to snap up and build so I sold it. UrS4 / UrS6: 15 years, 7 months agoMine’s not a smell like hot coolant – just a hot smell as if it was starting to overheat a bit. I already replaced the expansion tank which had a slow leak so I know that smell. Let us know what you find.

UrS4 / UrS6: 15 years, 7 months agoI also just replaced that 6″ long hose that connects to the hard line behind timing belt cover which feeds the turbo coolant. It is actually 10mm ID high temp hose but I got 7/16″ ID high temp transmission hose from local auto parts store and it works fine. As far as the burning oil […]
